The bedsheet was very dusty, which made it uncomfortable. Cleanliness needs improvement.

There was no water or coffee in the room. Basic necessities were missing. The room wasn't clean and very small. The view is mediocre. overpriced. We could've gotten a much more value for the price we paid elsewhere. They also asked us to pay extra because we asked for a kettle in our room.

AUIt had a nice view
Extremely difficult to get too, even for our Sri Lankan Driver. The first room had a large wasp in it, they said it’s all good the wasp is on top of the aircon it’s fine now. We weren’t comfortable sleeping in the room with wasp flying around (you could hear it flying). In the next room the shower was blocked so we couldn’t shower without it flooding, the caretaker came and said it was fixed but not really. We had to turn the water off every 10-20seconds to let it drain or else it would flood. When we woke up the shower was cold and after 5minutes of waiting no hot water came out. A lot of the furniture was damaged or stained They said they catered for dietary needs but only could offer fruit When paying it had to be cash and the exact amount as they apparently didn’t have change. We changed our stay to only 1 night and found a cheaper hotel in a better location very easily.
INthe view from this room is just amazing, during my trip i stayed at multiple hotels across country but none can beat this property view, values and the staff behavior. if i revisit this city in future, blindly i will go for it. THANKS FOR MAKING OUR EXPERIENCE LIKE A 5 STAR HOTEL
