"Bad Experience at Golden Dream Hotel at Amritsar Golden Temple."

the location is very good, closer to Golden temple, around 200 mtrs.

It was very disappointing visit to Golden Dreams Hotel at Golden Temple, what i have booked the Room through Booking.com that was unavailable on that moment, and they give us another room and charged the same amount which was booked earlier and it was costly, and room is very dirty and there is no towel, soap and dirty sheets full of dust, what they showed us on site, nothing available, I dont have option to go somewhere else because of family and luggage's, when we checked out i complained at reception also for this treatment. I will suggest do not book the Hotels before, there is allot of Hotels on arrival.
