Villas de Frenchmen

I loved everything about the Villa especially the back patio. It is a beautiful home and the books... I literally had to write a few titles down so I can order them to read them. The house was sooo New Orleans and I Loved it.

The only thing was the heat didn't work too well, they did supply heaters but depending on where you plugged it at, the electricity went out and we had to find the breaker. Other than that it was perfect

Gorgeous old townhouse right on Frenchman st. Loved the decor, the furniture, and the building itself. Lovely private courtyard out back, comfy beds, cozy living room and nice kitchen. Location was AMAZING. This is my new go-to place to stay in NOLA.

The only bad thing is that I don’t live there full time!

The location was good and the house was clean. I would not recommend this property with small children as the night life was extremely loud and right outside the house.

The refrigerator had an alarm on it and it would constantly go off all day long. The ice maker wasn't working very well, but feel that might have been due to nobody using it for a period of time.

The home is conveniently located near a lot of things, allowing us to walk to most of the places

The fridge was alarming the entire stay, I called maintenance and they said it's been an issue and to reset the alarm. It provided about 30 minutes of relief from the alarm before sounding again. It also stated the fridge was too warm, an unsafe temp, so we were uncomfortable buying groceries to place in it. I did not call maintenance again as we mostly ate out at restaurants. Parking is also a bit difficult here. It's pure luck on whether there's an open space or not. I mostly did not drive my car for that reason, no guarantee on parking.

Location & space. Communication was easy.

All was pretty good. There was a couple issues that needed to be repaired on arrival, but the property responded quickly.
