I like everything, the beds, the bedding, the curtains, the carpets. The excellent service, the lovely breakfast.

The WiFi was a bit slow, but I didn't go to Llandudno to surf the internet.

Ken and Sam were very welcoming,super informative,nothing was too much trouble ,the place was lovely and warm ,decor certainly had the wow factor ,lovely comfortable and super clean room even down to the finest details .loved the cake on arrival and the breakfast in the mornings .will certainly be back again .

Only stopping two nights ,could of stopped a lot longer. There was nothing not to like .

Property was really clean and had lovely decor. Rooms were comfortable and dining room for breakfast was cosy. Hosts were extremely polite and welcoming, met all of our needs and were very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay here in the future when visiting this area. 10/10 not to mention as well the breakfast was good with plenty of options.
