The ocean view + the beach, freshly equiped and spacious rooms, new venues, large relaxing zone/beach/pool side, a lot of sunbeds. Proper restaurant service.

I would expect bit better quality and choice of food (especially for dinners) and definitely better drinks (AI). The availability of pool/beach towels…really 20 USD deposit per pc required…even when You are AI?

The hotel is beautiful, really top-notch on a great beach. The rooms are very nice. The food is also awesome — just be aware that you might as well go ahead and purchase the all-inclusive when you book because the cost of dining at the hotel without all-inclusive is insanely high. The front desk and dining staff are also really friendly!

The mixed drinks were really, really bad, and the bartenders were pretty rude. They were also out of a lot of the alcohol/ingredients, so most of the time when we asked for a cocktail or smoothie they just said “no”. It was very odd, and kind of a rip off considering everything we were asking for was listed on the menu (and supposedly included as part of the all-inclusive package).

I loved the location, the property is right on the beach. The staff is super amazing, Hussein and team are really amazing and exceptional. They helped me with organising my activities and were always available to help. It really was heaven on earth, it felt so much like home.

The cats and the monkey; despite a huge notice by the property requesting guests to not feed these animals, other guests did, and as a result the animals tended to create commotion around other guests, including myself. Also there’s some automatic adjustment on the hot water at the shower, this was not cool as one needs a warm shower after the heat and that hectic itinerary.

Mostly the food was good. Accommodation was just brilliant.

The hot water doesn’t last more than 3 minutes and the internet in the room is very intermittent and annoying.

The hotel doesn’t offer a good value for money. The food is terrible and super expensive, specially considering the low quality. The drinks are also pretty bad. I do recommend not stay in this hotel. I moved hotel in the middle of my holidays and the gap difference is huge.

1. Rooms look exactly like in photos. Nice interior and exterior, new modern furniture, AC, mosquitos net, shampoo/gel/cream 2. Security on the entrance from the beach, so strangers can’t enter 3. Transport from/to airport $50

1. The hotel isn’t fully ready yet and you can be disturbed by ongoing construction on site. Also, you can feel the fresh construction smell in the room. 2. Service is quite poor: not always having drinking water in the room, missing towels, not able to show prices for spa, not replying on bookingcom. Also, I wish to have an iron in the room but it’s not really important. 3. Breakfast isn’t really tasty although options are enough, no coffee machine. I’m happy I didn’t take all inclusive or half-board.
