Clean and spacious apartment, great value for money Ocijenjeno s 10 10 Apartment is clean and spacious, exactly like on the photos. Tram station is nearby, while metro station is 15-20 minutes by foot. Quiet neighborhood, no noise although it is near the street. Easy self check in, good wifi, cable channels. Fully equipped kitchen.

Building / sector Hot water outage for 2 days - no independent hot water supply. Bugs from neighbour came in when window open. A bit of a faff to get key from key safe outside. Fridge in room noisy as ….

Shower with no curtain, every time you shower you will make a mess every single time. Just 1 roll of toilet paper for so many days very disrespectful. The bed sheets should be cleaned a bit more frequently as they do have an old smell to them.

The shower curtain missing and it takes about 3-5 minutes for the hot water to come

It's a bit far from the center but it's a nice neighborhood with shops etc. around. The elevator worked without problems and overall was a good value.

The place looks excellent, is fully equipped, has AC, the bed is comfortable, has self check-in, is very clean and it has a very good price. I recommend this for everyone.

A bit hard to find since the location is not correctly showed on google maps. Shower curtain in the bathroom would be nice.
