Cozy Spot apartment

Beautiful apartment in a great location. 5 min from the center and the promenade. The apartment has access to the balcony on 2 sides. Excellent wi fi. The app has everything you need: tv, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, oven,large fridge, coffee maker, kettle .. It is very clean and comfortable. The owner is very kind, he welcomed us with a basket of fruit and a bottle of wine.

Excellent facilities in the room.

No check in desk or information. Had to wait for about an hour outside. No answers when calling. The information and communication for check in procedures can be improved. Parking in the streets around is for free but it Is very difficult to find free spots .

Very nice little apartmen equipped with everything you need.Very close to the harbor cute little streets with restaurants and coffee shops.Very cleans and really great big terrace.I would recommend this place in Preveza.

This place has literally everything you would need! Starting from a hairdryer and an iron to even free bottle of wine as a welcome gift! There is a coffee machine and all necessities needed for cooking. The apartment also has an air conditioning and looks just like in the pictures. Highly recommended place to stay. It’s very close to the harbour and all restaurants. Moreover the nearest local shop is just around the corner and the taxi parking just 3minutes walk down the road. It took us only 20 minutes to walk to the nearest beach and there were many local shops on the way to buy some fresh fruits or grab some food/drinks. The hosts were super helpful and kind. They even drove me to the nearest car rental company and let us stay longer in the apartment before our departure. They were always helpful and kind which made my holiday exceptional!
