"dirty and scam as they won’t refund deposit"

Nothing it was dirty and broken. we even had to bleach the baths just to use it and clean the whole kitchen.

the customer services is awful and thur won’t given you the deposit back. they were supposed to refund me for the mess of the place and took that from my deposit money

The people in the area were very friendly

The property was obviously normally let out to students. furniture was quite sparse, two of the beds had very thin mattresses. The kitchen needed a bit of attention as some of the doors didn’t shut properly and the shower cubicle needed extra attention. potentially it sleeps 7 but there are only 3 seats in the living room. This is not a property for a family holiday

"Passable"

The washroom was so unclean and I did mention same day to property manager over booking.com chat but nothing was done about it. I even shared photo and washroom was really dirty never experienced that before.
