Great hostel with friendly staff

This place was so fun! If you want to get a feel for Colorado culture, I highly recommend this place. Everyone was so friendly and down to earth. It felt like home, even though I live on the other side of the state. My teenagers were hesitant about the idea of staying in a hostel, but they loved it too.

The property was excellent and I would highly recommend for any type of traveling. I am specifically a solo motorcyclist and this was my first hostel experience. The property is a perfect setup for my situation and for other types of traveling. For motorcyclists especially coming from the SW to experience Colorado excursions this is a great place to stop or to use as a base. Small cute town with a great Italian restaurant right across the street. The host and his sister are wonderful and very inviting. I travel all across the US on motorcycles and this place will be my go to place as a stopover. The price can’t be beat. Give it a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Nothing. It’s setup with individual showers with plenty of separate bathrooms. Owner has done a fantastic job.

It had a laidback vibe. The premises were well cared for and clean.

As a senior, I would have liked to have grab bars in the showers for safety purposes.

Gregarious, incredibly accommodating staff!… Immaculate, artfully creative aesthetics/architecture…comfortable sleeping quarters…wonderful sauna/kitchen space, lovely, outdoor eating/gathering/lounging w/safe area for children…Amenities = anything one needs!… Yoga classes on Wednesdays…other, special, organized activities/events… I’ve stayed several times & will be back!!

DBH is awesome! We will definitely be back! Brought our high school daughter and her friend and it was safe, clean and such a great hang out spot! Newer restaurants in the area within walking distance were great!
