Modern Studio near Coresi Mall w. parking

This was one of the best accommodation we ever booked. First of all apartment is new, very clean, has all you need for short or long stay. Perfect for couple, but it has space easy for 2 more. Warm and cozy. There is parking spot reserved only for users of accommodation in garage which is big plus. Store is like 100 meters from building, and it’s open Monday-Saturday until 22h and Sunday until 20h. We been there with car and everything was 10 minutes away, so location was very good. It is quite, not busy at night, meaning for someone who is easy to wake up because of noisy surrounding, won’t be problem to sleep like a baby. And last but not least, host is really nice. He provided us with most helpful information, where to eat, what to see in the city and near it etc… All in all, we highly recommend this apartment for cozy and fantastic stay, and it will bring you great experience. If we visit Braşov in the future, this accommodation will be first choice by far.

Good location, good size apartment for a family with one child, close to Coresi shopping centre. Kitchen equipped with all cutlery.

Could do with some insect nets on the windows to be able to properly ventilate the apartment, no air conditioning and boiling in the summer. Spare bed sheets were dirty and found some hair throughout the apartment, maybe better cleaning in the future. The parking space is in the underground parking, when we visited the lights in the parking were not working, was pitch black to walk back from the car.

They left everything in very bad condition, bathroom floor still dirty, the black mop very dirty left in the bathroom. The bedsheets all with zip broken and not suitable for a place to rent, the previous sheets dirty left in the wardrobe, All dished maybe washed by previous person left in the dishes dryer.

It is too far away from the old city!
