The rooms, interior and equipment are new. The staff is more or less the young manager, but he is really eager and motivated to help the guests to have a good stay.

The worst for the start: directly behind the yard is a "slum garbage dump" where most days people lay fire to the garbage, which results in long smoldering fires and toxic fumes leeching into the rooms. You can't close the bathroom window because it's a hole in the wall. Without the AC running all the time cleaning the air, it's impossible to stay in the rooms. The hotel isn't really a hotel at all. It's a number of rooms in a backyard building. I didn't have my room cleaned, but the passing cleaners rang the doorbell anyway to bump me up for extra money, and I refused to pay for obvious reasons. It's at the border of town, in case you want to see and do things in town you will spend a lot of time and money on transportation.
