Très bon accueil

Le personnel ne parle pas bien anglais et ne nous comprennent pas, la climatisation ne marchait pas vraiment vu que le logement était mal isolé, et les jus n’était pas bon…

El hotel es espectacular y la gente que trabaja allí son encantadores, en especial Wira que me ayudó en todo momento con lo que necesité.Desde el desayuno que está riquísimo, hasta la piscina, las habitaciones, es todo maravilloso!!! repetiría sin lugar a dudas, y además está en frente de la playa, en una zona súper tranquila de la isla pero a la vez con ambiente y a 5 min puedes ver tortugas y atardeceres increíbles.

Nada, todo increíble.

Amazing place!! The cottages are big and beautiful. Nice rooms and bathrooms with good lights. The staff is very very nice. I really liked the breakfast. It is located in the North part of the Island Where you can see nice sunsets.

The staff were accommodating

The rooms were dirty and sparse. In a tropical country a fridge is needed , yet there was none. Sheets were stained, bathroom was extremely poor being unable to wash our face over the sink as the tap was placed under the mirror. The ceilings were mouldy and holes between the wall and ceiling. Small window sills were filthy. AC under performed. The showers didn’t work properly and were appalling. Do I really need to go in! We checked out after one night having booked for five. Expecting a refund but let’s see.

They accommodated the breakfast-made the pancakes vegan. Very close to beach. Nice balcony to relax on.

When we first arrived they put us in a standard room instead of the deluxe room. The first room was not in good condition. Bad bathroom with mold on roof and a bad stench like sewer. After the first night we realised we were in wrong room so asked to swap. They were hesitant at first but we were allowed to change. Deluxe is much better and bigger bathroom. Except no where to hold the shower head so we had to stick it behind the soap container to hold it. The pool water was not very clear so I didn’t swim in it.

C’était super, nous avons pu louer vélo et nécessaire pour faire du Snorkling avec l’établissement. Les petits déjeuners sont très bons.
