Bollata Beach House

Henkilökunta todella mukavaa ja avuliasta. Sijainti loistava ihan rannan tuntumassa! Huone oli mukavan kokoinen.

Yläkerran asukkaiden kaikki äänet kuuluivat huoneistoomme. Toisessa huoneistamme oli torakoita ja toisessa huoneessa luteita, joten emme voineet yöpyä siellä yhtäkään yötä. Henkilökunta kuitenkin hoiti osaltaan asiat hyvin ja saimme rahamme takaisin.

Le personnel était très accueillant et aide en tout point! Je ne peux que recommander cet établissement grace à la qualité du personnel et des lieux. La Bollata se trouve à 2 min à pied de l'établissement, la position est parfaite et très bon rapport qualité-prix!

Staff were super nice and helpful. Breakfast was good! The property was calm and beautiful. They helped shuttle our bags from the ferry dock and rented us bikes. Super kind staff.

The A/C stopped working on our 3rd day. We contacted staff and they said it was working. It ran but was not cold. I asked a few times for someone to look at it and they said they would but the A/C never returned to the levels of being as cold and comfortable as it was the first few days.

This is my most favourite holiday destination ever - close to everything (especially the beach), easy to get about, explore, snorkel and dive. Staff super friendly and caring. Yummy breakfast. Bungalows are so cute and well appointed with all you need for a fabulous beach stay.

The concept and the general feel was great

The up keep and general cleanliness was rather disappointing. Old blood stains on walls, water smelt like sewage, Aircons worked sometimes and dead cockroaches in bathroom.
