Primae Noctis Rooms

We totally enjoyed our accommodation because it met and exceeded each of the items in the survey. Everything was top notch. The view of the castle morning, noon, night also provided a wonderful backdrop to our stay. I have pictures taken from just outside the property from my visits in the 1980s when I brought my parents so my Dad could see his Mother's birth record at the Comune.

The toughest part of our visit was that we only had two nights, which was really only 1-½ days in Roccascalegna.

Central location in a wonderful little town, owners responsive to questions I had and were kind. Comfortable accommodations including bed, spacious, was able to prepare and cook food. Attention to details, well appointed, everything worked, seemed like it had a recent renovation but I’m not sure. Parking at the door.

This apartment was fabulous. Situated in this gorgeous village with welcoming people it was a delight to stay there. So close to the castle and a fabulous terrace to sit and enjoy the view. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We were even given a free room upgrade which was wonderful.

Location perfect, quirky apartment full of character, nice decorative touches. The roof terrace is a fabulous place to sit and see the amazing views of the countryside

Mostly all good, the shower is very small and it would benefit from a soap tray

Very nice view from the room and from the roof terrace 🤩. Easy check-in and check-out procedure. The room was clean and tidy. Fully equipped kitchen. Everything is new and tidy. Very good communication with the host. Lovely little town with history. Just remember that the restaurant is open from 12 to 3 p.m.

Very new structure and furnishing. The room was big and well decorated. The bottle of sparkling wine was a welcome treat.

Poor breakfast but there is a Bar very near.
