"A good place to stay overnight and as a base for trips around the area"

The ground floor apartment was just renovated, all the equipment was new and the kitchen looked completely unused. Kitchen equipment sufficient to prepare a simple meal. The space is a bit cramped, but it was enough for two to sleep and prepare food. It is definitely not suitable for a comfortable long-term stay.

The street is a bit like something out of a horror movie, especially at night.

The property is spacious and very clean. Customer service was excellent.

The hot water did not last long. It ran out after 10 minutes. It would be ideal if I was told about the limited amount of hot water before or at time of check in.

Well designed in modern style. Clean. Great communication with the host. 10 minutes walk from central station and 10 minutes walk to the Palermo Centrum. Great service and understanding of our low Italian language in breakfast place. Highly recommended!
