Garswood Road House

It was very clean and central.

I did not realise that the living area and kitchen were communial. But it wasn't really a problem because everytime we went down to the kitchen we barely saw anyone else.

Booking cancelled by property at midnight the night before arrival. No refund received yet.

Early check in was available. Bed was Comfy and a bottle Of Prosecco was there when we arrived which was a nice touch.

The area wasn’t great. The property was incredibly basic and different from the photo so not what I thought. If the price had been a lot cheaper, it would have been fine as a basic place to sleep. The walls are incredibly thin and we could hear everything happening next door including a washing machine going at 8am.

Central location, calm surroundings. Pretty new.

The communication /rapport with the staffs were really poor. We had always issues with the locks, door locks were really bad. Sometimes it took minutes to unlock the main door. Not worth for the money, that we have given. Could have been bit less rent. We were travelling with friends and as the door of bathroom having no locks from inside, it was a bad experience as well. Room size was small for almost 100 Euros cost.

Expensive, cold, smelly, next to a busy road. Parking was on grass. I felt I was staying in someone’s house who had just left for the night.

EXCELLENT - Value for money Extras in the room Location, and easy to find, for visiting family in south Manchester We will certainly book again.
