Mid-Century getaway

Close to Forsyth park and free shuttle. Air conditioned -but also lovely front porch. Parking was terrific. Kitchen was exceptionally well stocked - appreciate the coffee and creamer. Staff was very prompt answering questions.

Could definitely hear noises from outside parties. But it was a big birthday celebration across the street (on their porch). Could use a welcome binder - maybe maps. There were restaurant suggestions.

Wonderful apartment. Close to everything but yet quiet area. We'll appointed with everything you need. Super clean. Will stay here again

The location was great. Away from the hustle and noise of the historic district, but close enough to walk to Forsyth Park to catch the trolley. The home was clean and had everything that you would need. Toilet paper, soaps, shampoo & conditioner, extra towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices, pots and pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, coffee pot and Keurig, dish soap, paper towels and garbage bags. There were bikes and a BBQ to use on the back porch. Easy to park right out front the door. Great communication with the host. Will definitely rent here again!

Lock was easy and lots of space in the apartment. Close-ish to Forsythe Park, which we love.

There was confusion on the room (moved upstairs as downstairs as there was an appliance issue, but then they rented the downstairs anyway, the renters surprised their fridge didn't work!), and the stairs up were REALLY steep and awkward, while the apartment itself was sparse and not very comfortable. They have a central AC unit (being upstairs we needed it), but it seemed not to work so we went back and forth on the window units, one didn't work without a long extension cord. No actual coffee in the place, so trudging down all those stairs and a 10 minutes to a (really good) coffee shop was a drag. Fairly utilitarian furniture, not much of it. They did help us on cost with this, but even so $300 net of everything was pricey for one night.
