GBThe facilities were really good, everything was very clean and the host was very welcoming and made to sure to keep in touch with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. The location is amazing, I didn’t realise we’re so close to Lucca and lots of other places! Would happily rebook a stay there again!
ITI liked these things: 1. How easy check-in/check-out. 2. The Thoughtfulness of the owner. 3. It's location is 10-15 minutes walk in Train Station. A modern apartment with complete essentials.
When we arrived, the apartment smells Tobacco! Beddings smells too. We really appreciate that someone left the Heater opened but still it's freezing cold there. Also the Hot water is limited. I think the price for an overnight 2 Adults and 1 Toddler is too much.

BEThe house is a real construction site, it is not safe. The bedding is wrinkled, black, not pleasant.
BEI like that we could communicate directly with the host and she spoke perfect English and always helpful with every question we had to asked, she is very friendly. The apartment was exactly as in the photos, with wifi and very neat, we love it there and anytime we are in Pisa that's where we will be staying.
That there was no microwave or water boiler for tea but that was not a big deal.
FRIt was very handy, clean, and easy. Close to Lucca
