Lack of privacy for rooms on first floor due to a third party bar just infront of the rooms.

no staff proper and all accesries were undewr repair

One of the staffs was very rude. He said that your booking is cancelled as you didn’t tell that you are running late. He also said that it is your fault and that you should now make arrangement on your own. However, floor manager Mr. Dinesh was way more understanding and polite and he ensured that my family got both the rooms.

It's reasonably priced considering the prime location.

Amenities like the hair dryer, slippers, and toothbrushes weren’t provided unless requested.

I could not take breakfast due to personal reasons.

No complaints

Great location, walking distance to many main Ghats. Staff very nice in the restaurant and food was good and planty.

Could not open the small window in the bedroom as it is shut permanently. But the AC and ceiling fan were working well so no problem.
