Location and it's very new

Newer, large 2 bedroom apartment. It's an excellent value for the price, so you'll surely enjoy it versus other local options. We arrived later and only stayed the night but it's a nice place, good beds and pillows and lots of art and books. Giorgio seems like a nice guy, good communication and kept the place very clean and well equipped.

Unique and probably expensive coffee press with packages that Italians will love but us foreigners couldn't get it to pour the coffee well and made a bit of a mess that we cleaned up. 10am checkout is an hour earlier than standard but understandable for cleaners. WIFI code took a few tries to get as it's like 20ish mixed characters long.

I liked the apartment and the parents they were very nice. I didnt like the extrem unfair treatment of the owner.

I paid via Booking for 2 nights 29th, 30th the Aurora case Vacanze in Pozzallo. I ALSO BOOKED THE FERRY FOR LEAVING THE 29TH. After 24 hours the ferry changed my ticket for leaving the 30th. I had already paid on booking 2 nights 29th and 30th. So after that I asked the landlord before arriving if he could help me. He said yes. That was before arriving (the 27th).When I arrived he told me that if I paid the price for 2 nights: "its not his problem", but the 27th he told me he would help. I have never had such a bad treatment. I paid for 2 nights but just stayed for 1.
