It was okay. The beach was the best part of our stay.
USChef was excellent on location, food very yummy. The manager (Shanice), other employees (Omar & Josh), and owner were very patient, friendly, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and content, even beyond their shift hours. They were truly the definition of wonderful customer service. Thank you all.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. Great location in Black River on the beach. The place was easy to find, safe, and clean. The beds were very comfy, cool AC, and had great wifi. I highly recommend staying here and will stay again in the future
CAThe hotel was newly renovated, lots of freshly planted flowers and beautiful new deck overlooking beach. Great sunset. Dapsie was lovely waitress. Breakfast was authentic. Room was very reasonably priced. It’s a little hidden gem! Crocodile safari was excellent too!

There is no snack shop for a quick bite
JMCADelightful. Property has freshly planted flowers and its restaurant deck is under renovation, but still operating. Best sunsets on the planet! Food was fresh and fairly priced. The Jamaican breakfast was fantastic!
The hotel has a boat but it wasn’t available so we had to take a private tour to Pelican restaurant. We prefer doing everything from the hotel.
All is well no complaints
There was a point the whole property was dark without any staff present. Seemed like we were the only ones staying. Felt very unsafe and vulnerable at that time!
