Konumu eski çarşıya limana yakın. Eski bir sitenin içinde daire Park yeri sorunu yok. Asansör korkutuyor ama iş gördü. Bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Ailece 2 gece kaldık. Markete yakın. Kliması büyük.

Very clean. Large rooms. Lounge furniture tasteful. Host was very accommodating although rushed because we were a last minute booking

This apartment is an unfinished renovation. We were most concerned about electrocution due to dodgy switches for lighting and powerpoints. Not all but some. The people upstairs yelled and argued and the child was running and stomping late at night and morning. Not the host’s fault. He was checking in with us to make sure we were comfortable with everything.

The location is prefect and the room size is big.

The elevator of the building is too old and always broke down. Unfortunately when the time I check out the elevator broke down again and I have to carry the luggage by stairs from the third floor.

it is a nice, spacious and comfortable apartment just a few minutes walk from the old town of kotor. its balcony is big and has a very good view. you are in a residential area living among the locals, which is great - no tourists around! there is always a free parking space next to your house door. there is a local restaurant a few steps away, the price is normal and the food and beer are good. a few more steps away is a big supermarket with everything, even cold local ales. by car, you easily get to all beaches of montenegro (if not stuck in traffic jams). the location is perfect and the apartment is very nice too. from your bedroom you can watch trainings of the local football club as one of your windows goes directly to the field. and if you drive up towards njegusi you get the best photos of the kotor bay and also of your apartment building! i can only recommend and i will be back.

place has everything you need. Good location. Great owner. Clean and has AC. good balcony.
