Large Orleans Villa

It was a nice, clean little villa. It was very quiet. We were fortunate to find parking in front every day. Not far from the garden district.

It could use some more dishes. A cookie sheet and a spatula would have been nice. The toilet stuck often. We couldn't locate a hair dryer.

This was our favourite place, so inviting and comfortable. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and everything we needed. It's the little things here, plenty of toiletries, dishwashing tablets and laundry tablets, travelling with a family through America over 5 weeks and needing to do washing was made easy. Would happily re-book. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

Owner was very flexible with a late checkout which was very appreciated. The unit itself was bigger than we thought it would be! Not much in walking distance but super quick drive to downtown. The back patio/courtyard was also great to sit out on.

The check-in process was crazy. I had to wait hours in front of the house at night because the host would not share the password for entering the property—really bad communication. Ultimately, after paying a high-cost cleaning fee, I received a communication asking me to do some cleaning (take bed sheets and towels to the laundry and take the trash bag to the large bins outside the house). It has never happened to me before.
