Lotus Villas Resort

I stayed for just one night during a work trip, and I was honestly very impressed. The villa was spotless, modern, and really well equipped – everything felt new and clean. The check-in was super easy, which was great after a long day. Even though I only stayed one night, I could see how perfect this place would be for a longer holiday. Next time I come to Istria with my family, I’ll definitely try to book a longer stay here.

The facilities and location were excellent.The staff were so helpful and provided fantastic support. The villa had everything you need and I would definitely recommend.

There was nothing we didn’t like but we identified some things to add and change. More plugs and mirrors for the ladies drying their hair.

Quite new but ”worn down”, more than 10 items that were broken (freezer, fridge, missing shower door, dish washer etc.) What we told them was fixed but we were there for holiday not to inspect the property. Also during our stay the road was paved, we did not have full access to the property

Very well organised - someone contacted us a day or two before arrival and gave us all the important information, online, available all the time via WhatsApp also. Apartment was clean, what one could miss is some kind of shower gel in the bathrooms, otherwise all the kitchen utilities were provided - soap, dishwasher tablets, some leftover spices.. If you plan to grill your meals, grill is basic, might need a tool or two more, but it was still possible to grill without any other spending on the equipment. AC worked, fridge with freezer was spacious, so were all the rooms. Location was nice, we didn’t come to Pula for the nightlife, city center is 10’ drive away. We had a car so transport was not a problem for us. Also, we asked for a late check out because of a 3 year old that stayed with us and had no problem arranging that with the owners. Parents were super pleased about that, big thanks.

Trash recycling, but I guess that’s really Croatian problem.

The accommodation was really worth the money. Whirlpool and pool were great and we used it so muuuuch. House is big and also garden was spacious. Big plus is great Alma that is the host there and is always available to help with any question or request. Thank you☺️

New and well furbished villa. Close to the city. You can take Bolt for 6eur to get there. Plenty of supermarkets are close by. Alma instructed which beaches to visit. Vila had both Jacuzzi and pool. Was really great for the kids.

Something was wrong with electricity. The Jacuzzi and dishwasher were somehow connected and it was turning off from time to time. Not much of a discomfort for us.
