* Very nice first impression: beautiful pool area, lovely sea view and a peaceful atmosphere overall * The location is excellent - Gündoğan is a very quiet and cozy little coastal town with a beautiful promenade walk by the sea * We traveled during low season, so the atmosphere felt calm and relaxing, which was exactly what we were looking for as a family with a baby * The villa has a pleasant upper-mid / semi-luxury feel and visually looks very nice * Breakfast was delicious * The cook and housekeeper were genuinely kind, caring and warm people * The owner was responsive and tried to solve issues quickly during the stay

* The property is presented more like a private villa, while in reality it functions more as a multi-unit villa complex within the same building structure * During low season this was not a major issue, but during high season I imagine privacy and quietness could become problematic, especially since footsteps from upper levels can be heard quite clearly * The bedroom layouts felt inconsistent. One room had proper blackout curtains, while another had short and narrow curtains that did not block the light properly, which was especially inconvenient while traveling with a baby and recovering from jet lag * The master bedroom also had twin beds rather than a large double bed, which felt somewhat unusual for this category of accommodation * One of the bathroom showers had leaking water due to rather sloppy silicone sealing * The listing advertised a fully equipped kitchen, however upon arrival much of the kitchen setup had been removed due to recent regulations. I do wish this had been communicated in advance, especially since I had informed the owners that we were traveling with an infant * The baby crib provided had a noticeable smell of tobacco smoke, which unfortunately may have affected my baby’s comfort and sleep

The place was amazing, with nice view, the host and assistance was truly professional. The place is very good families who want to get away. Highly recommended!

Beautiful modern villa in a quiet residential location, close to shops (albeit a steep 6 minute walk down) and restaurants/ kebab places. Enjoyed the private pool even though it was still a bit cold due to the season. Lovely spacious rooms with loads of wardrobe space. Amazing breakfast servings daily (fresh fruit and vegetables, a variety of egg dishes, fresh bread, etc) Very hospitable and accommodating hosts / staff.

For off season travels like in early March, would be nice if the pool was heated!

Nothing, maybe that we were there early November and the pool was not heated. But ok!

Arranged a 2 bed villa at very last minute after our original hotel let us down. We found this and glad we did. It required a phone call when we arrived, somewhat unexpectedly it seems, but got sorted without issue. It has a lovely view over the bay. The villa is very well appointed and generally very comfortable. Staff were very friendly but spoke only a little English. This is entirely understandable as its a mainly Turkish holiday area. However, we weren't phased by this and it spurred us on to learn a few words of Turkish. The staff provided a varied Turkish breakfast every morning which we liked a lot.

Nothing major but felt that the villa could benefit from an information pack. For example, we didn't know how to arrange breakfast on the first morning but all fine after we contacted the management company via WhatsApp. Also, although we eventually figured it out, the instructions for the washing machine would have been useful. None of the above detracted from our overall stay though.

The villa was fully equiped, look the same on pictures and reality. The view is the must. The beach is at 200m. Very good place.
