Много раз останавливались в этом отеле. Первые годы высочайший уровень наблюдали. Но последние 2 года и в этот приезд все меняется не в лучшую сторону, к сожалению. Отель превратился в перевалочный пункт, персонал рассеянный и невнимательный. Завтраки испортились , даже за оплату не дождались свежевыжатого сока, вода в титане просто теплая, чай не заварить. На просьбу горячую воду залить, никаких реакций..,негде присесть, столы не убирают вовремя.

מלון מושלם. יפיפה בסגנון העיצוב שלו, מחיר סביר לחלוטין בשביל הישראלים. ארוחת בוקר מעולה! עשינו גם מסאז' והיה נהדר. באמת שמלון מצויין. מיקום נהדר לטיולי כוכב באזור הקזבגי.
