Baya house Tamraght

Beautiful apartment with modern bathroom and kitchen and open plan living space which the kids loved! The view was amazing! Lots of storage for clothes! The property was clean.

The location is a bit tricky to get to as the roads have not yet been developed. We were driving ourselves and it was a bit of a up hill battle getting in and out of the area. There are some local shops which was nice. The kitchen could be a little better equipped with a few more basics supplied. If visiting in the winter it definitely gets a little cold at night.

Views Spectacular en suite in both bedrooms plus extra toilet if more people where staying, we where only 2 girls and had a large bedroom and bathroom each large spacious apartment and balcony which got sun from 11am until sunset, Illias was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed

Could have been a tad cleaner just wiping down cabinets and having some mugs for tea and coffee

The layout and view were amazing. The balcony was perfect.

The access to the beach could have been a bit easier

There was plenty of space even for 5 people, we could eat, relax and play games all together. I’m so in love with the balcony, it’s huge and with nice view. Perfect for breakfast and chilling.

We missed some equipment in the kitchen. If you want to cook, for example when you stay for longer term, it can be problematic. Also you need to be careful with the shower, to do not make a flood in the bedroom 😂

The main feature is the balcony without a doubt. Entrance way. Big settee.

So So much. Kitchen. Very poorly equipped - plastic knives..really and only 1 No cups or mugs for a decent cup of T or coffee Crockery all chipped and cracked very unhygenic. Cooker Hood - Still had plastic protection on from purchase starting to bubble under heat - fire hazard Electrics - Kettle trips the power to the appartment, happened on 1st night sat in lounge with emergency light until owner messaged back, we worked out the issue and moved the kettle Sink drainer - FILTHY!!!! Absolutely nothing to clean anything with cloths or cleaning material, no kitchen towels or anything to dry crockery with. Washing machine worked but had to purchase own detergent ( might not Think important but see towels comment) Louge area Spacious and comfortable but TV half a mile away and too small for size of room Curtains never covered windows so could not completely have privacy or block out light when 3rd person sleeping. 3rd person had to sleep here and host advised in advance but no extra bedding or pillows, had to ask for a cover and used settee cushins as pillow Bathrooms 1 towel per person all week so had to wash and dry, a hot and warm country so not ideal Ran out of toilet roll so purchased own. Master on suite both shower head and rain shower sprayed all over soaking complete bathroom, you can see flaking paint becasue of it Second bathroom had exposed eletrical wiring Bedroom 2 Adequate but NO wardrobes or storage No air con Master Bedroom This room had all the wardrobes so everyone had to use same space Bedroom door would not stay closed unless completely locked Other No safe on site, which was advised but not 1 single sliding door actually locked in lounge or master bedroom so apartment was completely accessible at all times Had to carry valuables as a result and listen to dogs all night as windows never closed fully

Good man good apartment, worth a visit.👍

A clean and well equipped place. The staff is very friendly and the view from the terrace is stunning.
