The Penthouse Suite

The unit is clean and spacious. The location is great. Close to two malls and super close to the airport. Ice cream is a sweet touch of the stay. The staff is welcoming.

There's no fridge, no hot water for the shower, and no hair dryer. They are listed in the description, but my family could not use them. The toilet in the penthouse could not flush. And the exterior of the building looks quite different from the pictures.

Just the location as it is located near to Cebu airport. Owner is a very good person and willing to help

The toilets and sinks were blocked and slow draining. It is actually a single room accomodation at level 5. The lift at times didn’t work so it was not easy to bring down the luggage at check out time. Water pressure is really low and the drainage was not working. The towels provided is very poor quality

Apartment very clean and good open space. Tv WiFi easy to use and has all the functions you need. Ideal for pre flight or after arrival due to closeness to the airport. Bed had very comfortable mattress. Nice touches with snacks to have.

In bedroom bathroom the drain cover is missing from the shower. The inside of the apartment is beautiful finished, unfortunately the main building is in disrepair in some places and broken exterior windows. Gives an intimidating feel, but once inside apartment don’t feel this. Apartment was on 5th floor. Lift broke down had to take 10 flights of stairs to collect pizza ordered. Speaking to guards said often the lift is out of service.

The house was very clean, the owners are very friendly and accommodating. My family were very happy and satisfied with the place. It has a smart TV where you can watch Netflix and the WiFi was really great. What you see in the photo are the exact things you'll see when you get to the place. And, it was very near to the international Airport.

It was a bit far from the main city and Grab car or taxi fare are quiet high but all is well you can take a different transpo to get to the malls.

The outside is a bit intimidating but totally not a reflection of the unit at all. Also the second bed wasn’t so comfortable for a long stay but it was fine for one night :)
