Great location

Disgusting smell coming from bathroom. Dirty walls. Dirty matrac cover. Dirty furniture. Noisy neighbours. Upstairs neighbours starring into the flat (no full cover on windows). The whole flat should be reconstructed. Its a shame to rent it out in such a condition.

it’s location is was good and it did have everything that we needed. The staff were also helpful at getting us in the room when the code didn’t first work.

We didn’t like that it was just a dumping ground for old furniture and appliances. Every corner of the apartment had a heater, spare bedding or fans ect, nothing was put into cupboards as there was no storage, it was so cluttered. there was even random bedside tables laying around with no purpose. The furniture that did have purpose was unfortunately very old and stained. We also booked a room for three people and the third person was expected to sleep on a dirty old 2 seater stained sofa. There wouldn’t of been room for her legs and it didn’t pull out or anything. The double bed was actually just two very hard mats on the floor, no springs or anything inside. The final disappointment was that the air con didn’t work as the filter needs cleaning, it just ends up heating the room up. We didn’t get any sleep at all due to this and the people partying in other rooms next to us all night.
