Hotel bardzo ładnie odnowiony z zewnątzr i wewnątrz. Sniadania europekskie - różnorodne - dobrej jakości.

Personel był nieuprzejmy, niekompetentny, wprowadzał w błąd, poucza klienta, odpowiedał opryskliwie. Personel jest najwyraźniej bez profesjonalnego przeszkolenia hotelowego - jakośc personelu jak najtańszej z meliny. Jakość obsługi zupełnie nie pasuje do ceny i jakości samego obiektu i śniadań.

Es gab die Mutter aller Hotelfrühstücke! Ansonsten war auch alles perfekt. Besonders hat uns das Rauschen des Baches direkt am Zimmerfenster gefallen, und der Blick zum Kurpark. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist kaum zu schlagen.
