Away from the town.

Canceled my booking without contacting me. Staff & owner both are arrogant.

When I asked about the reason for cancelation, they stated about payment where as I was ready to pay in advance, but before giving me any chance to pay, they called me to cancel my reservation. They advertise the rooms as no advance payment needed & mention the payment to be made directly to the property, but then don't honor their own commitment.

Very nice food : Location is little away but we just loved this hotel 😍

Power cuts & the power circuit kept tripping. Please improve your electrical circuits & RCDs

The food was awesome. It was tasty and not very expensive. The staff was very friendly.

Its location. It is 1 km away from the main road.

Place is 4 stories no elevators Had so many insects and bugs need pest control badly. I have to come on stairs to lobby because their room phone doesn’t work. So many big bugs in bathroom all not worried of bugs running over me. Nightmare. Service very poor ordered tea at 7am after 2 reminders got it in 40 minutes . Pot in a room but no supples

Service and dirty

The exceptional customer service by the front office exec/mgr named Shivam which made our first time visit to Ayodhya very smooth and trouble free. He reached out to us before we arrived at the Awadh Samrat Resort and after we left to our next destination. Shivam was also very helpful in assisting us with our transport options in Ayodhya. He is indeed a credit to the hotel

No lift but luckily it was only a 2 storey building

Staff is very good and went out of their way to be helpful, kind and accomodative. Cost is on the higher side, but location is convenient since it is very close to airport and quite close to Temple.

Cleanliness in the common washroom outside near dining area needs to be better. It was stinking very badly. Room and bathroom inside room were clean.

Property is too inside.... difficult to reach and get local transport...they do not have elevator so senior citizens found very difficult... to be considered as 3 star property they need lots of improvement...as it was raining, lots of insects in the room... really disgusting for the money they are charging....we went only on booking. re commendation...u must be careful...

Cooperative staff. Good food

Rooms were small. Property is inaccessible to main road. Lack of scenic beauty
