Alles wunderschön! Perfekte Lage für uns auf Koh Phangan gerade wenn man einen Roller hat. Tolles Personal!!! Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer war einmalig und wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort.

Really nice place, ended up staying for almost a month. Quiet corner of the island, a quick ride to the main beach with many restaurants, shops, and everything else you need. Amazing sea views from some of the units. Private beach. Friendly staff.

Molto bello tutto. Piscina a sfioro vista mare, spiaggetta nascosta. Appartamento comodo e immerso nel verde con vista mare al piano superiore. Necessario lo scooter che si può affittarebtramite la reception. Se ami la tranquillità è il luogo ideale.

We had a nice stay overall. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and offers a beautiful sea view with a large balcony, which we really enjoyed. One of the highlights was the daily cleaning service – the cleaners did a great job and it made a big difference

On the downside, the property is not very well maintained. There is no proper or easy access down to the beach, which was disappointing. The gym is mostly unusable, with many machines not working or showing signs of rust. The pool could use some cleaning, as it’s not very inviting. There are also several areas that need repairs, like the kids’ trampoline and other facilities that seem neglected. Additionally, the apartment itself feels a bit outdated compared to many other places on the island. The location is somewhat remote, which can be both a pro and a con depending on what you’re looking for.
