Padel Phangan Suite

we liked the padel on the roof, however the rackets were old and same for the balls.

we didn’t like the general cleanness of the accommodation. Also we didn’t like the inconsistency, we spend several days and only the last day had roomservice.

We loved our stay. The staff was very friendly, and the room was great. We loved hanging out at the pool and being able to use the fitness center as well as the padel court. The area is really quiet, which we enjoyed. The beach is just a short walk away and is absolutely stunning. The drive to the hotel was a bit challenging as the hills are very steep but with a bit of practice on the scooter, it was absolutely doable.

The only thing that we did not like was the bed. The mattress was really hard.

The customer service and staff make the hotel what it is , just fantastic value for a jungle apartment with alot of helpful thing in the room like cooker microwave. Iv stayed in 5 hotels so far and this definutly is in the top 3.

The Suite is located in a quiet area near Chaloklum town, with easy access to the beach. The manager was very helpful and sorted out our scooter rental for 10 days. We had a kitchen equipped with basic utensils and our room was cleaned everyday.

An interesting architectural decision to put a padel court right above the room. Luckily the court is opened 10-12 and 16-20, so the noise didn't really bother us since we are outside doing stuff. But if you plan to stay in the whole day, be prepared to have some disruption during the day. The bed was quite hard, not really comfortable to sleep in. For the first few days our bathroom smelled odd, as if there was a pipe leakage or something. The pool is beautiful, but needs some cleaning up.

Well - A total nightmare - we arrived at 10 mins to 3 and the room was ready for us at 3.15. The manager was rude to us on arrival telling us to stay put in his office. On our first night I got up to go to the toilet and the toilet erupted like a volcano while sitting on it and I was covered in dirty flushing water so I had to shower. I didn't get much sleep after this. In the morning we discovered the kitchen sink was blocked as they had not cleaned the filter. After telling management We decided to look around the next day for a alternative but we couldn't find anything so we had to stay 2 more nights. Long story short - the manager refused to refund us for just one night . we stayed 3 out of the 4 nights booked. Bed very hard. Bad smell. Blocked drains. Rude Manager.
