The very spacious bedroom, good AC for the room temperature, comfort blanket & pillows, hot water & water pressure was good. There are many food stalls and seller just outside the hotel. Please try the Bakmi Ayam Bangka (only available in the morning) if you stay in this hotel.

The room has no window at all so i cannot be aware of the situation and weather outside

The property is ok.

There was an error message on payment on booking.com and we tried to get the hotel to reverse the charge. The hotel was completely unhelpful and I paid for an extra two nights on a second booking. The hotel staff were completely unhelpful and choose to treat us as a no show rather than acknowledge the issue. booking.com requested the hotel accommodate but the hotel refused.
