Good points - The accommodation is in a convenient area for getting a short uber to and from the city centre. The area was quiet. The beds were made upon arrival with soft clean bedding. The kitchen was clean and spacious. The owner communicated with us very well and checked in to see how we were getting on during our stay. Overall we were pleased with the accommodation and would recommend it. Bad points - There wasn’t much to really say bad about the place other than the outside area is a bit overgrown and could do with a little garden maintenance but that doesn’t affect the stay at all. The only other thing I would mention is that we were only provided with 1 toilet roll which wasn’t full when we arrived so we ran out of toilet roll quite fast having 5 of us using the toilet.

The only issue was the internet not working properly but we weren't in enough for this to effect the stay. Good communication from the landlord, very easy to get central from the bus stop 2 minutes away. Clean, comfortable beds. Will stay again.

the house was very nice indeed and so near to the centre of Manchester, we were 2 couples - plenty of room, very clean will definitely stay here again, Great communication with the Host.

This is a great little place. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need for a night or two stay. The host was fantastic. Agreed to let us check in early and went out of their way to make sure all was OK with the property. Thank you

Great location. We were going to Old Trafford and was a walkable distance

Very neat and spacious, more than enough beds, also had tea, coffee and milk in fridge with some honey ready, always a plus.
