Room not given they told already full. No vacancy. So no quation of quality of room and service. Pls check that rooms booked by you r given to booked by you. Or else stop bookinhg for this type of hotels.

Room was not cleaned up when we came back for vacating next day.giving excuses key was not with them.need a lot of improvement.bathroom was smelly.

The size of the room and the bathroom were ok. Decent location.

I booked a room in the hotel because I had to stay only for one night and there was no other option. Somehow, when I reached the hotel my confirmation was not present with the staff. I had to be on call with a customer care executive from booking.com for half an hour and the hotel staff got the confirmation about my booking much later on. Finally, when I checked into my room, it smelled like someone smoked a pack of cigarettes in there. The TV switched on, but there was no dish connection or at least it didn't work in my room. The wifi was pathetic and I didn't even bother connecting to it because the certificate was an untrusted one. The size of the bathroom was decent, but the toilet was not cleaned properly. There was no tea kettle and no water bottles in the room when I arrived. The corridor was noisy and I could listen to the staff even when my doors were closed. In the morning when I ordered breakfast and tea, I expected it to arrive soon as there was an in-house restaurant on the ground floor. But the breakfast came after an hour and it looked like they ordered it from Zomato or Swiggy. Also, I never got the tea. Finally, when I checked out, a different receptionist was present at that time, and they told me that they don't accept any online bookings from apps such as booking.com. I again had to show them the confirmation and then paid the amount. Was it worth 3k a night for a small town hotel with this kind of service? I don't think so.
