The room is just as described and the landlord is very nice and attentive.

The only downside was the bathroom. We thought it was private inside the room, but it was actually located outside. Although it was for our exclusive use, we didn’t like that so much because it affected our sense of privacy.

Joe was super heplful and flexible about breakfast time, check-in and checkout time. There is a great common space, where you can eat, sit and chill.

Our family recently spent a week at Warm Hostel. It was family friendly, very clean, comfortable and in a great location. The owner and host, Joe was always available if we had questions.

There was a strong sewer smell in the room at times, likely from the bathroom drain. We just opened the windows to help air it out.

Toilet very bad, water running slow, air not cold

Value for money is almost unbeatable. Top floor room with a double bed and three bunk bed set up and a private bathroom and a bunch of big pillows and bean bags on a rug as a sitting corner. It's hard to find accommodation for a family of five, so this was great. The whole guest house only has four rooms and it was super quiet the whole time. There's a common kitchen and laundry and a few other lounge areas on different floors in common spaces. It is in walking distance to many things and Grab comes to the door. Joe, the host/owner is very friendly, communicates well on whatsapp and explained everything well to us. Smooth check in and check out, no issues at all.

Most beds in Thailand are firm/hard, it's just what it is. I don't like it, but that doesn't mean it is a bad thing, or a negative on the property. It's just a fact.

For the price the hostel was very nice. We enjoyed the communial kitchen and living area. The place is overall clean and tidy. The aircon worked very well especially in the heat.

The room that we stayed, the bathrooms are outside the room on the same floor. It was a little inconvenient.

Very nice host, great value for money, amazing breakfast, I really recommend the place!

Joe, responds as much as she can. Despite, some issues earlier on the stay, she managed to end our stay with an amazing breakfast that we appreciate big time.

They can work on some details on toilet cleanliness. Clarity on basic house rules for guests information especially because there is no in-house staff on duty 24 hours.

Joe is wonderful host. Accomodation is as described, it's clean and comfy. Having kitchen can be handy if you want to spend more time there. It's also close to everything you need.
