"Pésimo servicio"

Nos contactaron para ofrecernos transporte entre aeropuerto y hotel, y al mismo tiempo nos querían cobrar de más por un late check in aún cuando estábamos informando que llegaríamos tarde. Preguntamos el nombre de la persona con quien tratamos y no nos respondieron. Seguían ofreciendo transporte extra sin confirmar nuestro número de Booking.

El trato con el personal. Nunca pudimos concretar la reserva y terminamos perdiendo el dinero por el mal servicio y la falta de confirmación con el personal del hotel Aslan.

I’ve never met such friendly staff. Totally unexpected especially for this price. Heartwarming welcome.

10 minutes from airport, quiet , green location .comfortable room , clean quiet , small balcon y . Kettle good, hairdryer supplied. ,hot water in the shower .Nice people !

Everything great, a bedside lamp would be helpful , a shelf in the bathroom , a towel hook too. And a socket near bed to charge phone would also be useful

Loved the place, very friendly lady at the reception, check in was really fast and I was able to relax after flight in a short time after arrival
