Beach Lily Dhigurah

Die Unterkunft lag zu Fuß 2 min vom Bikini Beach entfernt und es waren viele Restaurants in der Nähe.

Ein Teil des Houskeeping Personals hat leider sehr stark nach Schweiß gerochen. Ich kann es leider nicht anders ausdrücken, weshalb der Geruch danach im Zimmer gehaftet hat. Das hat dem Sauberkeitsgefühl etwas geschadet. Das Frühstück war zu dem sehr spärlich, es gab Toast mit Marmelade, Eier, Baked Beans und maledivischen Reis, das ist aber in den meisten Hotels auf der Insel der Fall.

Frühstück: Wenig Auswahl und qualitativ nicht besonders, Zimmer: man hat kein Fenster, durch das Tageslicht kommt, da das gegenüberliegende Zimmer sonst alles sehen kann Personal: hätte freundlicher sein können Fazit: Für den Preis, wirklich keine gute Wahl

Het verblijf was echt perfect en de mensen die er werken ook. Wij hadden namelijk veel vertraging met het vliegtuig. En zij dachten heel goed met ons mee wij mochten uiteindelijk twee dagen langer blijven als wij dat wouden, omdat we drie nachten gemist hebben. En ze hebben ons toen heel goed geholpen met wat we er kunnen doen. We hadden ook een excursie geboekt bij hun en dat was echt geweldig. We hebben er vlink van genoten en wij raden het iedereen aan.

Nice small hotel on Dhigurah, the rooms were comfy and very clean, the staff was very helpful. The bikini beach is 1 min walk from the hotel entrance, and the jungle walk also starts right past the hotel - we found the location great.

The breakfast was a little bit disappointing, usually it was toast, roti, a choice of eggs, some shredded tuna and fruit. Overall found it a bit limited and bland.

Skin got really itchy in the middle of the night, so I couldn’t sleep well at all. Woke up the next morning, saw that they were lots of red spots that looks like insects bites. Talked to the staff via WhatsApp, they didn’t even check up how I was, only said their bed is clean. Asked them to book a speedboat to Male so that I can check the doctors then they asked for 1200 rufiyaa, while I already showed them my work permits here so it’s only 400 but they insisted on 1200. At the end I asked them to cancel and booked one by myself with 400. Of course I wasn’t happy with their service at all, they didn’t even pretend to care. And they even didn’t offer buggy transfer so I took some other hotel’s buggy to go to the jetty. I have been living here for quite a while, and pretty much go to a different island every week, this is hands down the worst experience in the Maldives. Went to see the doctor, confirmed it's insects bites but they cant tell which insect it was. Maybe it's forest bites, but at the point I don't really care which one it is, the service was so horrible that I don't even want to revisit this beautiful island
