La presenza di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari per il soggiorno, la posizione, la tranquillità.

Il prezzo elevato della struttura e un forte odore di urina animale proveniente dal giardino pubblico sottostante dove ci sono gatti, cani ecc. Con le alte temperature questo forte odore diventa a tratti insopportabile.

Ive had a wonderful stay. Andreas- the host was very communicative and helpful whenever needed, which is a huge plus. Everything looked like on the pictures, no complaints whatsoever. For that price it was great. The place’s about 30 minute walk from old town. The room was clean and there was a free snack and a water as a welcome. Totally recommend and would visit again.

Il bagno lasciava molto a desiderare, era estremamente stretto e poco funzionale. I sanitari erano inoltre in cattive condizioni e presentavano evidenti segni di usura e rottura.

"Solide, sehr simple aber passend zur Beschreibung."

Die Unterkunft ist nicht direkt in der Stadt, wodurch man seine Ruhe genießen kann. Es war alles sehr sauber und man hat das bekommen was man gebucht hat. Der Service war sehr gut.

Ein paar Küchen Utensilien wären schön zumindest ein Teller, das man gekaufte Sachen ohne die Wohnung zu verschmutzen essen kann.

I liked the fact that it was very close to shops and the town. Little beach nearby as well. The room has everything you need for a short stay. Also using the washing machine on the top floor was great!

The mattress was horrible, back pain during my stay.
