JavaLO Villa Lombok

Es muy bonito y el personal muy amable, nos ayudaron a alquilar motos y el desayuno era abundante.

Estaba muy sucio, con restos de comida en la nevera, un cenicero en la entrada lleno de colillas, mucho polvo, el jardín que supuestamente tenía la villa tenía basura amontonada, telaraña y araña dentro de la mosquitera de una de las camas, olor a tabaco por toda la habitación… un desastre. Tuvimos además un problema. Cuando alquilé la villa y la habitación para 5 personas , me escribieron enseguida y me explicaron que había habido un error y que la habitación no estaba disponible, y me enviaron un enlace para cambiar la reserva, asegurándome que en la villa me habilitarían camas para 2 personas más, para que cupiésemos los 5 y me aseguraron que sería confortable para todos. No pusieron camas, solo un colchoncillo encima de una hamaca, que se caía por los lados y no daba ninguna confianza con una tela haciendo de bajera, y listo. Sin toallas, sábanas, almohadas… por lo que la estancia esa noche fue desastrosa. Hay cocina pero no se puede utilizar,porque además de estar muy sucia, no hay ni una sartén ni un cacharro, ni cuchillos… pongo fotos de todo esto y tengo bastantes más .

All’ inizio può inquietare un po’ soprattutto se arrivate di sera. Poi se ti soffermi sui dettagli noti che è tutto pulito, offrono tutti i servizi ( caffè, phon, spray anti zanzare ecc ) e sono molto gentili

Comfortable stay

Very nice garden, bathroom and accomodation overall. Very close (5min by taxi) to the airport.

The street is pretty loud and we can't recommend the breakfast (fries, sausage, omelett and two slices of cucumber), though it was reasonable for the price.

The design of the villa and the furniture that comes with it. I also loved that it was surrounded by greenery, so we had a nice view from the balcony and the outdoor shower and bath was nice as well, so we could shower or bath under the moonlight

That it wasn't easy to find the villa and that it's located far back from the entrance.

La casa és molt preciosa i el jardí també. La gent és amable i propera. En conjunt estàs molt a gust.

Pot ser un poc el soroll dels cotxes, però també estan els ocells i així i tot, val la pena

Beautiful place, super kind and helpful owners. The breakfast was great!
