"Peaceful location"

The hosts are responsive and kind. The apartment and neighborhood are peaceful and quiet. We love the location, including a beautiful nearby park, close coffee shops and convenience stores, and the bright, clean space in the apartment.

The flat was very dirty when we arrived. There was a lot of dust and paper under the beds. The crockery was dirty and had to be washed before use. There were still dirty towels in the bathroom. During our stay there was a bad smell in the flat. What's more, at the end of our stay we were asked to pay for the hoover, which we didn't break.

"Comfortable, authentic neighborhood experience"

I appreciated having space; peace and quiet; amenities you don't get in a hotel (washing machine, stove, full refrigerator, windows that open for fresh air); and a more authentic living experience than you would get in a hotel. The owners were quick to reply when I had questions. We absolutely loved the nearby park and found several close coffee shops we liked. We were a short distance to a bus stop and subway and had several convenience stores within 5 minutes. We also enjoyed shopping at the local street vendors/market. We would happily stay there again!

The shower ends up getting nearby clothes and towels wet, so I learned to hang them on the back of the door. // Heads up: if you want to purchase a "climate card" for transportation, buy it before you leave the airport. It is not currently available on the Line 9 route, so it was harder for us to find and buy.
