A Heartfelt Thank You to the Wonderful Mala Boutique Hotel Team From the moment we arrived at Mala Boutique Hotel, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. A special thank you to Margaret, an amazing supervisor whose kindness, professionalism, and attention to every detail made our stay truly exceptional. She took care of every need throughout our visit and always made us feel at home. The hotel itself is intimate, peaceful, and absolutely beautiful. We were delighted to be upgraded to a charming bungalow that was comfortable, spacious, and tastefully designed. Every corner of the property reflects care and attention, creating a relaxing and magical atmosphere. What impressed us most was the dedication of the entire team. It was clear that everyone genuinely cares about their guests and goes above and beyond to create a memorable experience. Both breakfast and dinner were exactly to our taste, and we were especially touched when the chef came in one evening specifically to prepare a personalized vegetarian meal for me. This thoughtful gesture meant so much and perfectly reflects the exceptional level of service at Mala. Special thanks to Jennifer and Josephine for their warmth and kindness, and to our favorite waiter, who greeted us every day with a smile and made every meal even more enjoyable. Even the animals at the hotel contribute to the wonderful family atmosphere. Tanga the cat became our dinner companion and made several appearances during our meals 😉, and the hotel's lovely dog added even more charm to the experience. We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to Daniel, whose leadership is evident in every aspect of the hotel. Thank you for your care and attention. We were happy to continue our journey at the next hotel you manage as well. There is no doubt that we will return to Mala, hopefully next time with our children. We already miss everyone. Amazing location, really well designed pool area

Fantastisk beliggenhet, og hotellet er stylet utrolig fint. De ansatte gjør opplevelsen enda bedre, og man blir sett og ivaretatt på en måte jeg aldri har opplevd før.

There are no words to describe this stay. AMAZING. not only the actual facilities, but also the staff, the food, the environment EVERY SINGLE THING I have lived in Tanzania before, So i have visited Zanzibar MANY times - this is the BEST hotel I have ever stayed in Zanzibar. COMPLETELY recommend! I WILL stay here again for the rest of my stays in Zanzibar!

This hotel was the highlight of our stay in Zanzibar. From the very first moment we walked in we were welcomed with smile and kindness. Everything went smooth with the check in. We came a bit early, we were offered some drinks and room was finished quickly. Bungalow was nice, spacious and clean. Breakfast was very tasty with fruits pastry and many options from breakfast to choose. Dinner as well very tasty everything was perfect. Huge shoutout to the staff where every single person was very nice, polite, profesional and friendly 😊 Definitely owners should give them some credit and more money 😉 without the staff, the stay would not be that good. We felt like home because of everybody and we definitely recommend 🙏🏾

Je cherchais un endroit calme et relaxant et cet hôtel correspondait exactement à mes attentes. Le petit déjeuner était complet, il y avait beaucoup de choix et le personnel était très souriant et à l’écoute. L’emplacement était très bien et le cadre idyllique. Je recommande.
