Good location and nice space. Overall, it was a decent apartment but just needs some basic maintenance.

The shower in the ensuite didn't have hot water, and the cold tap in the sink came off in your hand.

The location was great and the property was very spacious and clean

We booked this apartment for 6 people. We was only supplied with 4 cups to have a hot drink with, so this ment only 4 of us could drink at once. The toilet in the seperate bathroom did not flush properly. The sofa bed in the lounge is so old that it does not sit right any more when open, this made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. The sofa in the upstairs lounge was not great at all for sleeping on. The ladder to access the upstairs area is not secure to the wall and is a safety hazard. The blind in the smaller bedroom does not block out the light from the corridor. The fact that we had to take out our own rubbish even though you have cleaners in to do this, really did shock me. The kitchen area is abit shaby now and needs updating.

The apartment is very beautiful, just like the pictures. It is spacious and in a great location. The kitchen and living room were well equipped and very comfortable, and overall the space felt pleasant and well designed.

There were several functionality issues that affected our stay. We were a group of six, with four people staying in the “double room,” which includes a downstairs bedroom and an attic accessed by a staircase. While the room itself is large, the stairs to the attic are extremely steep and not anchored to the wall, making them uncomfortable and unsafe to use, especially at night. Additionally, although this room is advertised as en suite, the bathroom had no door, curtain, or any form of separation, resulting in no privacy and making it effectively unusable for four people. The second bathroom had a faulty toilet that was leaking. Hot water was also a major issue: it is supplied by a boiler that heats only at specific times, allowing for just two or three short showers before running out. To get more hot water, the boiler had to be manually boosted and time allowed for reheating.

Extremely close to everything and was a very comfortable stay!

Limited blankets. But that’s was honestly about it.

Great location, large property and nice decor

Hot water didn’t come on and no reasonable resolution was given by the owner and there was no apologies at all. The owner also didn’t provide enough towels for the amount of guests we booked for. Instructions for the property were sent in multiple messages and very confusing. Far too many codes to get into the property. The owner also wouldn’t let us have a late check out but wanted us to pay and stay an extra night. Communication was very poor.

High ceilings nice finishes

Lack of bedding and was a little cold and difficult to understand how to work the heating however hosts communication was amazing and sent over all the info.
