Staff is good, polite, understanding and cooperative. Hotel location is nice close to Mumbai Naka bus depot. Food is tasty and they have a lot of variety at a reasonable cost, also having laundry service. Overall a very good experience with family. 4/5 stars for me.

Just a couple of points to note 1. Being near the main road the place is at times noicy and the balcony is facing another building so not exactly a city view. 2. The sofa in 204 was shaky.
