Stylish Apartment in Historical Center

Beautiful, spacious, well appointed. Great lucation. We had a small problem with wifi not working. The host team was very responsive.

The sofa bed was not set up for the third person. I called them, they told me to do it myself, not even offering info about the sheets. There were not actual doors between the living room and the bedroom as well as between the bathroom and the living room. There were only sliding doors, not even as tall as their frame so you could hear everyone doing their business in the toilet as well as people, say, snoring.... Would not stay here again. The water kept switching between hot and cold, making it almost impossible to have a decent shower. It was not very clean, obviously they only change the sheets inbetween guests, all other surfaces are not cleaned. The entrance is really poor, super super old, not something you could have known about before making a reservation. The bed was somewhat uncomfortable, the pillows super hard and over stuffed.

The property is in an absolutely perfect location. It is very aesthetically pleasing. The family room and kitchen are in a large open space and very comfortable. Access to the apartment is through self check in using codes for the building and the apartment itself.

Sadly, guest comfort fell short for me with this property. One of my biggest pet peeves when travelling half way across the world is not having an iron to iron my clothes for an evening out. I messaged the property to ask about an iron and it took an entire day to get a response that an iron is not available. Granted it was Easter Monday so perhaps that was the cause for the delay. There was no paper towels, no napkins, no umbrella (yes it rained!) and no coffee pods for the coffee machine. I am not sure why you would provide a coffee machine that requires pods but not provide the pods. Many pillows are provided but they are all flat and should probably be replaced. The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator. As others mentioned, the stairs are uneven and awkward. You have to watch your step! When you come in at night, you have to locate the light switch on the wall on the left side in order to light the stairwell otherwise you have to use the flashlight on your phone.

The location is simply wonderful - the very center of the city. Accordingly, all the main attractions are within walking distance, as well as all cafes and restaurants. The apartment is located almost on the embankment (40 meters away), where you can go jogging in the morning. The apartment was very well prepared for our arrival. It was warm (there is central heating), the bed linen and towels were snow-white. The kitchen had absolutely everything that could be needed to prepare any dish. The mattress on the bed was comfortable. The landlord answered quickly and in great detail at any time of the day, and he also recommended several places where we could eat local cuisine, which we used.

Since it was impossible to drive up to the apartment in the pedestrian part of the city, it was necessary to carry the luggage for about 500 meters. In addition, it is not convenient for everyone to lift luggage to the third floor without an elevator. The washing machine also leaked a little during washing. But these were all just annoying little things that couldn't spoil the overall impression in any way.
