Staff- absolutely incredible. Friendly, helpful, nothing too much trouble. Helped us plan our stay including airport pick up, arranged our two day tuk tuk visit to the temples and final transfer from hotel to bus station .Thank you! Accommodation- extremely comfortable. We had a deluxe double that was very spacious. High focus on cleanliness. Breakfast plentiful and delicious. Pool area was a real treat Location very quiet but within very easy walking distance to main town attractions and good restaurants. Would highly recommend

Очень уютный отель. Прекрасный персонал. Небольшой чистый бассейн. Прекрасные завтраки, на выбор по меню предлагают европейские и азиатские комбо. Очень понравилось обслуживание в ресторане отеля. Расположение в километре от Pub street, можно легко дойти пешком, при этом район отеля тихий. Рядом так же есть кафе и рестораны. У нас был семейный номер с тремя кроватями, одна отгорожена перегородкой, что удобно для семей. Были неделю и не хотелось уезжать.

Единственным недостатком было давление воды в душе. В вечернее время его не хватало. Надеюсь это временная техническая проблема, которую исправят.

Hotel moderno e molto ben tenuto, sia le camere che gli spazi comuni. Ottima la zona piscina con lettini dove potersi rilassare. Cibo buono e personale gentile e disponibile

Avevamo prenotato una camera con late check out incluso nel prezzo fino alle 14.00, ma al nostro arrivo ci hanno detto che non sarebbe stato possibile e ci sono venuti incontro concedendocelo fino alle 13.00

The staff were amazing and very helpful pre-stay and during. We loved the location and how close it was to amazing restaurants (Jomno, haven and Joes burgers for example) and great coffee shops like the bean embassy. A return taxi to the airport was $60 and highly reliable. We also took full advantage of the laundry service which was returned the same day and the massage which cost €32 for the 2 of us was great value. Our room was amazing. The pool was good too. No real issues to note

Hotellia mainostettiin Adults only- hotellina, mutta hotellissa oli lapsiperheitä. Lapset ovat ihania, mutta jos hakee aikuisille suunnattua hotellia, sitä odottaa myös saavansa.

Wir hatten zuerst für 5 Tage ein Doppelzimmer mit getrenten Betten gebucht. Das Zimmer war im 1. Stock und sehr groß. Die Betten jeweils überbreit. Die Betten sind mir etwas hart vorgekommen, aber - obwohl ich das nicht gewöhnt bin - habe ich exzellent darin geschlafen und es hat mich gar nicht gestört. Das Hotel ist kein riesiger Kasten sondern fügt sich gut in die Umgebung ein. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll gestaltet. Wir haben zweimal unseren Aufenthalt verlängert, weil es uns im Hotel und in Siem Reap so gut gefallen hat. Wir konnten uns mühelos 14 Tage mit Sightseeings der unterschiedlichsten Art beschäftigen. Rund ums Pool sind viele Pflanzen. Es gibt große Sonnenschirme und sehr bequeme breite Liegen mit Auflage, frische Handtücher, große Dusche. Das Restaurant liegt direkt neben dem Pool - sehr nett. Es ist super, dass es auch eine gute vielseitige Frühstücksauswahl gibt. Es wird alles frisch zubereitet. Unser Favorit war die Nudelsuppe mit Hühnerfleisch und Gemüse. Der Kaffee ist gut. Wir hatten auch immer einen Teller mit frisch aufgeschnittenen Früchten - sehr gut. Das Personal war total nett, super hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns auch fast jeden Tag eine Khmer Massage von Frau Toch gegönnt. Das war echt eine tolle Sache. Muss man an der Rezeption ordern. Mann muss ihr nur sagen, ob man die Massagen stark, mittel oder leicht haben will. Das hat mir wirklich sehr bei meinen Muskelproblemen geholfen. Sie hat Faszienverklebungen aufgelöst. Einfach toll. Dei Lage des Hotels könnte aus meiner Sicht auch nicht besser sein. Es ist nicht im absoluten Touristenviertel sondern in einem Bereich, wo die Einheimischen wohnen. Es gibt ein paar sehr gute Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe. Speziell empfehlen können wir das "Haven" und das "The Palm Sugar". Zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minutrn bei der "Pub Street", falls man es super laut und touristisch möchte.

Wir hatten rein gar nicht auszusetzen.

I definitely recommend this hotel because of the excellent service, greeting and the cozy room for two people. As for me, I think the spending was worthy.

One thing that I do not like would be the location. It was a little bit hard to find the place from the Siem Reap city centre where my shuttle bus dropped me out.
