Casa Francesca con parcheggio gratuito

Struttura molto confortevole, situata in un ottima posizione senza grande caso, ma a 3 minuti dal centro. La Sig. Francesca, una bravissima persona, ci ha dato anche un sacco di consigli per farci passare al meglio il nostro soggiorno.

Francesca ci ha lasciato tutto l occorrente per un ottimo soggiorno compreso anche la colazione, molto apprezzata la bottiglia di prosecco con la quale ci ha accolto. Casa molto ben curata e pulita Consigliata

La casa era perfetta e il posto auto una grande comodità, l'unico neo è la strada per arrivare alle spiagge che è senza marciapiede.

Super ontvangen geweest en appartement zoals op de fotos. Het centrum ligt op wandelafstand, je moet er wel rekening mee houden dat bij terugkeer alles bergopwaarts is. De ruime parking is mooi meegenomen in het drukke sam Remo. Rustige straat met weinig tot geen verkeer. Indie je met kinderen reist bet vragen hoe het zetelbed moet opgezet worden want dat was ons niet helemaal duidelijk, vergeten te vragen. Top appartement niet supergroot mar je gaat er toch niet om op je kamer te zitten. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Misschien een iets die we gemist hebben: een waterkoker 😁

Die Lage war super und die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hatte uns tolle Adresse geben zum Strand und Restaurant einfach toll

Francesca is a polite host, apparently doing her best to have an apartment that could be marked as "flawless." After this stay, I can only conclude that she does a perfect job. The apartment is in an older building in excellent condition, giving you just the Mediterranean feeling and smell (I mean it positively). It is on the second floor under the roof and has a small two-person balcony overlooking a lovely garden with a side sea view. It has a perfectly equipped bathroom and a bedroom with a comfortable bed. The other place to sleep is a foldable sofa in the kitchen. However, I can hardly imagine two adults sleeping on this couch. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. There was a powerful AC in every room, mosquito nets and window blinds. We really enjoyed a big parking space in Sanremo (infamous for the problem with parking) that can easily accommodate a 9-seater, just a few steps from the apartment building. The location is perfect and looks very safe but, indeed, it is a little bit farther from the sea and the city centre. But we managed that with two small kids every day, so nobody should worry about it, and this should not be an obstacle in considering whether to book it or not.

During the season of our stay (the second half of June), there were a lot of frogs ribbiting outside between circa 22:00 and 01:00, which made falling asleep a little bit harder. Still, it was not very bad, and I can't guarantee that this is not a general problem around Sanremo. No host in the world, of course, has the power to mute them, so it is not anyone's failure; I just wrote it here so that people who have trouble sleeping know.
