"Don’t trust them!! They didn’t stare rules and then refused to refund. Kept all money for two nights"

The property did not state the rules on the booking, and once I booked they told me that my driver couldn’t stay. I asked them for a refund and they said to go through the app and they would honour it. They did not and just took all the money for two nights I booked.

"Cercanía bien,estancia pésima."

Que estaba bien comunicado con el centro de la ciudad,supermercados,tiendas y restaurantes.

No había calefacción y hacía mucho frío,solo funcionaba un pequeño calefactor( tuvimos que abrigarnos con mantas). El baño perdía agua continuamente y no había apenas menaje de cocina( cubiertos,platos..) y todo bastante sucio. Las ventana de la habitación principal no cerraba y la puerta del patio tampoco cerraba bien.
