"Definitely a good stopover, clean and comfortable."

Located within easy reach of M6. Good sized comfortable room, clean and with good bathroom. Parking. Very good value for money.

No breakfast available on day we stayed. Shower needed some attention as force of water soaked the floor.

It was in a good location for the event I was going to. The bed was very comfy. Overall we had a great stay.

The bathroom was clean but the shower was very weak pressure the cover was off the drain hole and when I tried to use the hand held the cover fell off.

"Has gone down hill recently, have stayed previously and standards have slipped."

Location is perfect, bar and food nice.

Cobwebs in room, cigarettes butts in bathroom window, missing light bulb, shower didn't drain, cracked tiles in bathroom and chipped bath panel, emergency light taped over and plaster cracked in room.

"Ok for what we needed."

Near Leyland Golf Club which was venue for family party. Bathroom very clean.

Carpets stained, room could do with refreshing. Staff on checking in not at all engaging, felt very soulless and not welcoming.
